Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 21 June 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

The ATHENA X service (the "Service") is provided by pal iosif ("we", "us", the "Seller"). By accessing or using the Service you ("you", the "User") enter into a binding agreement with pal iosif on the terms set out below.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. The Service

ATHENA X is an AI-assisted business platform offering modules for analysis, documents, recruitment, marketing, knowledge management and related workflows. Specific features, modules and limits depend on your plan.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

5. AI outputs and user content

You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit and for how you use the outputs the Service generates. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for qualified legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit any content you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs and suspend accounts to enforce these Terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding, is owned by pal iosif and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of your own content.

7. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, subscription term and renewal, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. See also our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete associated data after a reasonable export window, subject to legal retention requirements.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
