ATHENA X, operated by pal iosif, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address used at checkout, and submit a refund request; or
• Contact us at hello@athena-x.app and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals. For refunds of recent charges, use the process above within the 30-day window.

This policy is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
